Yo im looking for an olympic style training routine.

Do you know any? Im looking for something with the front/back squats, clean squats, power cleans, deadlifts etc. as well as assistance work like pullups, good mornings etc.

anything?

From the beginning I've wanted to have Team SECT. Oly-lifting is badass. It's hard/impossible to find coaching around here.

Wow, that's awsome! We are going to start focusing more on O-lifts at my place starting in May. Do you do these with iron weights?

yea, my gym only has iron weights. kind of sucks, but i have to make due.
