Has anyone heard what the normal cycling periods should be when using creatine?
Just curious to see what people have heard.

I think the cycle is about a month on/month off, usually during the winter. If you use it for a month, stop for a month, and go back on, you'll notice a huge difference the second time on it in that few-month cycle. Creatine doesn't seem to progress growth when you use it for more than a month or two straight so cycle it accordingly. Make sure you plan it so your last cycle ends before early spring so you can then get cut for the spring/summer.

I use in the winter sometimes. I don't really care what brand I use; it's all the same to me as long as it's like at least a 3-4 month supply. I don't waste my money with any of that Cell Tech stuff because I'd rather just purchase creatine monohydrate and mix it myself with something high in dextrose and possibly with L-Glutamine as well.

Yea, I'd say not to waste your money on that Cell Tech stuff because you could make it yourself for ten times cheaper ;)
