after a grueling weekedn I made it back yesterday ....and boy was it hard....sat in the parkign lot debaitng wether I should go or not ...and after 5 phone calls to see if anyone was around to smoke pot...I went in ..

had a decent workout and I am amped for today ....

gotta love the ygm

I didnt go for 8 months until July, started going sporadically all summer, started a full routine this week and I don't plan on stopping until next summer (hopefully). Feels good

next time smoke the pot then go in (just a pull or 2 not the whole thing, and exotics only no regs)

killer workouts when i blaze first, my focus and determination really elevates

if they play wack music in your gym get a tiny MP3 player, listen to some fast hard house music while blazed and youre all set, you'll prob add extra weight to your sets (if you dont drop the dumbells on your head first hahaa)

I agree, I've gotten some good work out right after smoking, but I have to go it as soon as I'm done smoking, like blowing the last hit out in the gym doorway, lol, otherwise if I sit around it's over.....I'm not going & if I do my stamina quits & I have a crappy work-out
