I drive my Silverado all day for my job and in an average day I cross 2-6 bridges. I noticed for the first time today on the Tri-Boro Bridge Department of Homeland Secuirty agents, MTA Police and TBTA Highway Unit's had a checkpoint, stopping all commercial traffic, vans and closed pickups (I mean its the first time I've seen the feds).

I'm wondering if anyone heard why the Feds are there?

I was thinking maybe there's an increased threat since it seems Israel is close to attacking Iran? Who knows

my guess is because the MLB All Star game is in town this weekend and there are events happening in BX and Manhattan today through Sunday.
