Not sure what it's called, but for my shoulders I like to take a straight bar, start at my hips, bring it straight up parallel with my shoulders, then bring it straight in so that it's almost hitting my chest, push it back out and then down=one rep.
I've found this to be one of the best definition exercises for shoulder's, and I never really see anyone else doing it.

You might be talking about upright rows. The weird exercises are my favorites, i.e., pullovers, decline benchpress.

yeah I love decline, also the gym that I'm lifting now has this really good tricep extension machine, where your sitting and your arms are going out even with your head at about a 45 degree angle, and bent back, and you have to extend your arms so their straight, I finish my tricep workout with those and it locks them right up.

tri extension machines are a great exercise to end with you get the best stretch and perfect form

Call me weird but I love deadlifts and goodmornings.. everyone dreads these but I love working out my midsection (lower back and abdominals too).. I feel like it makes every movement stronger. I also love arm workouts.. I try to do the whole arm on one day instead of splitting it into one day tri's and one day bi's.
