BESIDES CHILI or TURKEY BURGERS post some other recipes u make w ground turkey.
I need some ideas for dinner.
I was planning on just making it like a stir fry w zucchini onions and corn but I'm not feeling that tonight.

a few weeks ago i made it with sauteed tofu, onions, peas. all sauteed in a pan. i think i put some soy sauce in there and garlic. it was yum

i made stuffed cabbage a few weeks ago with some left over ground turkey. turkey, onions, parsley,s/p, bread crumbs. stuff and roll into cooked cabbage leaves put a tomato sauce on top and bake. it was yummay.

I bought ground turkey from fairway not too long ago & made some burgers
put in some diced onions, bread crumbs, salt & pepper, parsley, garlic and then grilled them

season and saute the turkey - throw in some celery, pignoli nuts, sun dried tomatoes, grated parmigiano - stuff yellow and red bell pappers wit the mixture, then throw em in the oven for however long stuffed pappers takes to cook hah (40 minutes maybe? dun remember offhand)

stuff some mushrooms with it :agree top with a mixture of parm and breadcrumbs...so good

Pretty much anything you would use ground beef for, use ground turkey instead.

I like to make tacos w/ ground turkey... they come out so much less greasy then using ground beef

you can mix the turkey with a little olive oil, minced onion and garlicl to keep it moist :agree also put a little olive oil over the top too before baking
ive made this with tofu/soy sausage before and it came out great.

Looks like either stuffed mushrooms or peppers or tomatoes. But nooo breadcrumbs even though it sounds great.
Tacos sound yum too but I'm going to be eatong dinner too tonight so it must be clean

spanos idea of using pine nuts was a good one shannon--instead of the bread crumbs...maybe grind up some nuts and sprinkle over the top :agree

in mixtures similar to the stuffing, like meatballs or whatever, if i dont have breadcrumbs ill usually take a slice of white bread or something and dunk it in milk, and add that into the mixture ---- altho ive only done that with meatballs so i dunno how well it would turn out
jess - ive noticed its the same thing wit buffalo meat - def gotta throw some olive oil in there beforehand so it doesnt dry out when cooking

Oil always works. Or u can use a jar of applesauce. That works too!

yes turkey meatloaf is BANGING! my mom makes a crazy one with some onions and little worchester sauce mixed in
and turkey tacos can be pretty lean....just use whole wheat wrap and no or low fat cheese

I also make turkey meatballs, turkey kebabs and meatloaf...I rarely use ground beef anymore

For a different stuffed peppers, tomatoes, etc and a greek healthy twist, mix it with brown rice as well. Sprinkle whole wheat breadcrumbs on top with a drizzle of oil. If you want you can even mix in some crumbled feta.

i used to make like chop steaks with them. season them and mix fennel seed in them. then serve them up with some sliced tomato and red onion and italian dressing. easy breezy and tasty.
