9th District Court just suspended the California Recall due to improper voting availability in 6 minority areas.

The 9th Circuit is an abomination of the US court system. They always block something contraversial and sometimes I think they do it just to get their names in the press.

This, as other 9th Circuit decisions, will be overruled.
