what's your weekly routine? This is what a perfect week would look like for me (not including cardio)...
Mon - back & bi's
Tues - chest
Wed - off or I'll come in & just do cardio
Thurs - legs
Fri - shoulders & tris
off on the weekend....unless I'm feeling real healthy then I'll do cardio on sat and/or sun...
this way my shoulders & tris get a good 3 full days rest before chest day again

what do yours??

thrus cardio abs
fri back shoulders abs cardio
sat biceps abs cardio
sun cardio or off depending on what time I wake up

Monday - Chest, abs, 20 mins cross trainer

Tuesday - Back, traps, 20 mins light cross trainer

Wednesday - Off or Leg day

Thursday - Shoulders, abs, 30 mins cross trainer

Friday - Arms, 20 mins light treadmill

Saturday - Off or leg day

Sunday - Off or leg day

I do legs on either wednesday, saturday or sunday whenever I have the energy for it but I make sure to do it at least every other week and heavy and with 10 minutes of cardio warmup and 15 minutes of cardio cooldown and a lot of stretching before and after.

Sometimes if I have worked out heavy the entire week I will slow down the next week by going only 3 days and going kind of light with 2 sets of every excercise:

Monday - Chest/Quads/Abs/light cardio
Wednesday - Back/Shoulders/Hamstrings/light cardio
Friday - Arms/Calves/Abs/light cardio

mornings:

mon: 5-6 mile run, chinups, pullups, pushups, abs
tues: 2 mile run for time, max pushups and situps
wed: windsprints
thurs: 6-8 mile run slower pace, chinups, pullups, pushups, abs
fri: 5 mile run, abs
sat: pushups, chinups, pullups
sun: off

evenings (when I can)

3x a week: Tae Kwon Do

On a serious week (it's been a while though)...

Monday: Chest, calves, abs
Tuesday: Back, abs
Wednesday: Legs, calves, abs
Thursdays: Chest, abs
Friday: Shoulders, calves
Saturday: Arms, forearms, abs

i hit every body part twice a week and go much heavier sept-march mon-chest alone/ tues- back and bis/ wed-shoulders and back /thurs-off /fri-off /sat- a full body work out 2 sets for every muscle group
