Do you work these out with shoulders or with back? I think the more logical thing to do would be to do them with shoulders and then have your back workouts consist of everything from your rhomboids down... rhomboids, lats, lower back.. but then when I want to do deadlifts on back day and my traps and rear delts are sore its harder to do. What I do now is change it up (1 week with back 1 week with shoulders).. just curious to see everyone elses take.

I always work rear delts with the rest of delts and I usually work traps with delts, but not always.

Traps respond very well to working out so, honestly it doesnt really matter when you do them. How many diff excersises are you going to do for traps? One or two is more then enough to get results IMO, so its not like your going to be burt out from doing traps if you throw them into either a back or shoulder day.

Rear Delts I work with back....Traps I work with Shoulders.

I do them on shoulder days (rear delts0, but I rarely do traps (i used to a lot) cause I read somewhere that if you have naturally narrow shoulders which I think I do, having huge traps will just make them look more narrow

you should work out your rear delts with both back and shoulder work outs. Well developed rear delts will help to keep your shoulders balanced and help to prevent a lot of shoulder injuries and rotator cuff problems. and also helps generate more power and strength 9on the bench and helps your squats.

You can also work your rear delts earlier in your delt workout if they are lacking.

I never looked into it, but I feel that pullovers help my rotator cuffs also.
