I used one at my old gym. My trainer at the time had me do squats on it while it vibrated. It's supposed to amplify whatever you're doing cause of the vibration. I tried to talk & my voice sounded funny. I wouldnt recommend using it on your own. You're not supposed to exceed a certain amount of time on there.

the concept reminds me of the old machines with the band that went around your waist and just shook the shit out of you. I'm not a believer. Be cool if it actually works, though
