does it make u hyper or jittery?....i have problem with that...when ever i tried taking fat burners i was never able to go to sleep and i was shaking all the time......oh and forget my tension span it was impossible to sit in a class

if I would have to pick, it would be definitely HYPER over JITTERY but its really neither...its about $55-$65 and it works!
