for the past 8 months i been doin cardio in the am and weights in the pm usaly like 7am and 7pm along those lines
today i went to the gym at 930 and lifted back things i noticed is that my body is def not used to lifting weights in the am cause i felt nauses my whole work out still managed to do most of my workout but i didnt do rack deads and i didnt do cardio so now im gonna go with a friend of mine to a gym in the city and im gonna do just pull ups to warm up and dead lifts then cardio should be interesting
