I was gonna say that you forgot legs, but then you implied that something is wrong with your leg. Are you capable of doing calves as least?

I think you're better off doing shoulders after back because they are smaller. But of course everything should be switched up in a split routine.

Doing shoulders the day after or before chest isn't very good and you're doing it twice a week. Your front delts are worked during chest so you are going to overwork your shoulders and maybe wind up damaging them or making them smaller.

Leaving out legs, how would this routine work for you?

Monday: Chest & Tri's
Tuesday: Back & Bi's
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Tri's, Bi's & Forearms
Friday: Chest

I personally don't like working anything more then once a week, except for bi's and abs. Also I found that it's more productive more me to do back and shoulders on the same day, but only doing one heavy each week and doing more repitious excersises on the other, and then alternating. To each their own though.

Yea, I broke my lower thigh completly in half about 2 years ago and I shouldnt be exercising them untill I have surgerie again. I have strong legs anyway, I used to do alot of in-line skating.. ;)

Chest and Tri's are a bit hard to work out on the same day because when I do chest my tris are already to tired to work from all the pushing ive done...

You're not getting enough rest between chest and shoulders IMO. I would definitely rest another day in between. You might be overtraining them.
