Last year I bought a big container of creatine monohydrate and still have a lot left. It should still be good, right?

I had one for like 2 years Phospagen HP(EAS) and i took it and it still gave me a boost when I ended up using it. So it an powder form, I dont see how it could go bad.

as best I know creatine has a shelf life of 3 years. there are " Best if Used By" dates which are just the date that the company can no longer guarantee potencey.
Creatine is so cheap. Just get a new container. It' s not expensive and why waste your time on stuff that might have gone bad?

I'm too lazy to get another one lol. I already have to buy L-Glutamine, more amino acids, more Vitamins A & B, alpha-lipoic acid and another huge thing of protein.

I used to spend a small fortune on the latest bodybuilding breakthrough protein and after time and some advice from others I realised "real food" has to be better and def cheaper.
6 oz of chicken breast has 48-52 grams of protein at 250-300 calories. You have that and some whiterice for fast absorption and a tea spoon of Creatine in you water as you eat and you are good to go.
This is just my opinion because you can't discount the convenience but after a while those powders just SUCKKKKK and after spending around 200 dollars every two week I felt it wasn't worthit.

I prefer real food also, but shakes are the only form of protein I will take in when I wake up in the morning. They're also convinient to have around when there's no time to eat ;)
