Can't wait to make my Chili this weekend for the Game!!!!:rubhands:lostit:lostit
Anything special that you put in yours? A couple of my favorite things to add are chorizo, pablano peppers, chuck steak and jalapenos. There are more, plus the traditional ingredients. I like mine to make you sweat when you eat it.:evil

Chili is probably my favorite food in fact that's what I'm having for dinner tonight. I'd love to know if there was a way to make a more healthy version if anyone has a recipe.

I :heart foods that make you sweat! This past weekend we had fire fries (soaked in habanero oil with spicy seasoning)...I thought my tongue was done.

Chili is probably one of the most complete "one dish" meals you can make. It's very easy to make healthy and still tast good. Obviously start with ground turkey. I have used boneless skinless chicken thighs for meat as well. Most of the other ingredients are fairly healthy. I usually use kidney beans, black beans and white beans. I also make fresh tomato sauce for it. I never use a can. It's easy enough. Besides using a fattier protein what else is bad in chile?

I can't give the whole recipe away.:shuffle Some things you have to keep to yourself. I have salsa and marinade recipes that nobody will ever know.
