I weight train 3-4 x a week and do cardio 4x..

I just want to get tighter ..

Should I change my cardio rout?

Like Run .. Stepper .. Run .. Stepper?

I do cardio for an hr.....

What constitutes "well?" If you're dieting "well" and doing a lot of cardio it seems somewhat unlikely for you to have a problem.

I don't really have a problem, I was just wondering if I should change up what I do to get tighter faster......

Lunch today is Yougart and an apple and plum

Dinner is Turkey and Tom on whole wheat
and fruit for snack!

You're not going to get tight if you don't eat enough to maintain your metabolism. You should be eating 5-6 small meals per day instead of the traditional three. If you train at the gym a lot I think you should increase protein intake and possibly slightly cut down on carbohydrate intake. Yogurt and fruit for lunch is like pure sugar in my opinion.

I think you are eating way too much fruit..IMO....Sugar=carb...Like Joey said cut down on that and eat more protein instead....Also try sprinting for your cardio sessions....

Fruit is "good for you," because of the fiber, Vitamin C and it is at least natural sugar, but many people are under the impression that eating a lot of fruit is nothing but "healthy." Fruit is healthy, but as Kenny says, it's like pure sugar. Anything that tastes sweet is usually sugar and should be cut down when trying to get more toned.

if it seems more like u have extra skin because u loist allot of weight, you can exercise all you want and wont get tighter... lifting workouts increase muscles, cardio decreases fat and increases stamina. unless you put on a mass of muscle to compensate the extra skin... your not going to get any benifit...

try toning jell / lotion. get the over the counter shit (vasoline, luberderm, etc) or try your dematologist (sp?) for a perscrition toning / tightining jell.

For loose skin I have also heard that skim milk has an ingredient that makes your skin tighter, but I never looked into it.

clenbuterol is a fat burner, eca=ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin

ur supposed to cycle them, like take the clen for 2 weeks then take the eca for the next 2 and so on and so on. only bad thing about clen is it makes u shake like mohammed ali
