If you had to eat a "fast food," which do you feel would be healthiest if choosing the "healthiest" (i.e., low carb) items on the menu?

i put starve to death cuz none of those places are good....i do love taco bell but i know its not healthy

i love wendy's lol the grilled chicken is only 5 grams of fat (w/o the honey mustard)
and it at least taste like real chicken

wendys at least you can get salads.... as long as you dont get the regular dressing..... they do have non-fat adn low-fat dressings you just have to ask...


and yes their chicken doesnt make you feel like you are going to die!

a Wendy's chicken salad gave me a really bad case of food poisoning once!
i had to be hopitalized and everything.. horrible

omg dont tell me that, I love wendys... 5 piece chix nuggets,I can even eat their BBQ sauce straight up, I love it.
