Took Trim spa today.... 1st time...

felt GREAT! no jitters like i used to get from stackers, xanadren, or hydroxycut...

made me feel good, awake, and like i wanted to DOOOO stuff... :D

I think you're meant to take one capsule every how many hours. Taking one, say every six hours will speed up your metabolism all day, while taking more at once will make you're metabolism speed up like crazy for a few hours and be back to normal by the end of the day.

I hate all those weight loss pills! Like an emotional rollercoaster.

yesterday i had a redbull around 11am to wake me up, then i took one trim spa 2 hours later (skipped the morning and mid morning dose)... HOLY SHIT... i couldent stand still... i thought that the redbull woulda been absorbed into my system by then, but seriously, ALL DAY i was OFF THE WALL... some times i felt like running in circles, other times my stomach felt weird, had the jitters too... def a good combo if u wanna go out and dance, or work out, or play a sport... NOT to be mixed if you are going to be sitting in class all day... sheesh... never again for me...

You guys should try Total Controll by Herbalife (www.ultimatehealthandfitness.org) It's totally ephedra fee, burns fat, blocks cravings and boost energy. It has a little kick to it.
