i cant move my right armmmm..right next to my shoulder blade is a pinching pain it hurts so muchhhhhhhhhhh....i woke up like this yesterday morn someone help me what should i do or take

u probably slept on it or something. Take some Tylenol or an Advil and see if it goes away. I wake up with neck pain all the time, I just learn to deal with it now. lol fucking sucks though....

Thats what my neurologist said to me when i passed out on my forearm and pinched a nerve and couldnt move my left hand. Had to got to therapy and shit. He said it happens to alot of people mostly on a saturday night. Vitamin b helps alot to.

i had that for about a month.. it went away on its on the day i was about to go see someone for it.. pop an asprin, do some upper back stretches and get a massage.. that is how i dealt with the pain..

get a massage and maybe a heating pad. if it still hurts as much tomorrow, see your doctor

Did you try putting some BenGay on it and rubbing it hardcore??? I get pinched nerves back in my shoulder blades ALL THE TIME and they hurt like a mutha fawker:disgusted

Hell yea, esp in my trap too. I sometimes cant even turn my head cause it hurts to much.
