One time my friend gave me this great advice to walk backwards on the treadmill. Great advice that was:rolleyes: :hitting


I feel once of the treadmill. :(

I have seen it twice so far. I saw it this past saturday morning...

The treadmill was going (cause the last person didnt fully slow it down before they got off) and then this guy came along and not even paying attention get on the thing and went right down on his side and went for a ride till he hit and bounced off the floor...with his belongings in his hand going over the floor as well. I was beat red laughing with my client standing right there with me.

You know it worked better so why are you complaining? Walking backwards is so much better for you and you're the one that listened to me to do it :flickTong

Yesh it might be better, BUT the guys at the gym were like "your doing it wrong" I felt sooo silly. :silly :(

I think you should try it, and I will videotape it.

No way. I'm lucky I don't fall off when walking foward. I have very high arches so my feet are all over the place on the treadmill and I'm sure I will fall one day :(

heheh I wanna see this, but I dont get it its just like walking normally, no? So in other words you just tell me to walk backwards and look like a fool thanks, I owe ya ;)

I seen it like 3 times. It usually happens when someone steps off to the side and forgets how fast its moving. One lady actually went to the Hospital cause it burned her face. She went flying and her face landed at the end while the thing was ripping around. Especially with the Ezones at NYSC when thir earphones are plugged in...lol

i felll off once.. but that was because i was drinking then went to the gym then well you get the rest.. lol
