From the site it seems like you can get it at Whole Foods and/or Vitamin Shoppes.

you're welcome
I use it in a lot of stuff, sometimes I even cook my rice in it.
When I'm super drained from working out and training all day I make a recovery drink. Everything I put in it aids in recovery for the body when exerted
1 small container coconut water (electrolytes)
1/4 fresh pineapple (bromelain)
1 banana (potassium)
1 tsp glutamine
handful of ice cubes
It seriously tastes just like a pina colada and really helps you're body after a long day of training.

do you protein in their too?
depends on my protein intake for the day. I'll throw a scoop in if I need it. My goal is to completely eliminate all powdered protein and get everything I need from my food. I have already eliminated bars.

I have a few cases of healthy bars that I bought a few months ago and if I absolutely need to, I'll have one. They are perfectly healthy and acceptable, I just try to stay away from them. I use my protein powder mostly for cooking rather than shakes.

I've cut out bars too, but I had some help because Trader Joe's stopped carrying the ones I used to get.
