I know I'm not going to the gym today so I've been doing some exercises at home for the past hour. Did a circuit of wall stand to failure, push ups for a minute, plank on 3 sides for a minute each, australian pull ups for a minute and a wall sit to failure.

The wall stand is really a great exercise. I'm fat so it's pretty tough for me to do push ups from that position. but I can hold straight with a few push ups snuck in for over a minute now.

i love the plank. i don't use the wall for it though :hmmm but yea anyways it's one of my fav things to do for abs

handstand up to the wall and hang out for a while.

I did planks on the floor with the bosu

have you ever done handstand pushups? we just did a workout at crossfit on sunday which was

4 rounds for time

run 400 meters
15 handstand pushups
15ft rope climb (as in my avatar)

yeh, i can do about 10 handstand pushups but thats usually it. Then I just hang out for a while.
