Not good for those who are klutzes in the kitchen

1 1/2 lb large shrimp in shell ( peeled and deveined
lime
salt to season
2 tablespoons unsalted fat free butter
1/2 cup white or reposado tequila
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
Toss shrimp with salt and 3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper.
Heat butter in a 12-inch heavy skillet over medium-high heat- sauté shrimp 3 to 5 minutes.
Reduce heat and add tequila, then increase heat to medium-high. Tilt skillet over gas burner to ignite tequila (or ignite with a long match; use caution, as flames may shoot up high). Cook, shaking skillet gently once or twice, until flames subside.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. squeeze alime over it
Optional- Serve sprinkled with scallion.

ah ok lol
i want to try it though, maybe sans the flame thing unless i have get one of those big lighter torches
the idea of shrimp mixed with the socream sounds awesome..
btw shan u should really try some fat free greek yogurt with a squirt of lemon in it --instead of the fatfree socream...the texture is JUST like regular sour cream..not that weird texture the fatfree stuff has. :agree
