Last night I had the most rediculous workout. Felt sick, I just kept goin and goin. On dumbells alone I did like 12 sets. haha Did some flys, rocked out major dips, and then a lil tri pushdown for some added flavor. Then hit the abs on decline bench with sets of 20 pushups between each variated ab set.
My weight on everything lately has been going up too.
Zone <--- I'm in it!

i was slacking for a few weeks but now i'm back on track ... thankfully my time off from the gym didn't cause me to gain any weight ... i tried to made up for it by eating well and i guess that worked! :)

slacked for the past week with gym, mma and diet but other than that doing great. I'm back in the swing of things and although I gained 3 lbs this past week, I'm still down over 70lbs. I have upped my kickboxing to 5 days a week, 2 hour private sessions and I'm getting back on the mat for jits 2 or 3 days a week. I won't be in the gym as much with the warm weather. I like to do my cardio outside whenever possible. I have been focusing on core strentgh the past 2 months and I have noticed a huge difference. Very happy with progress. My short term goal is to drop another 13lbs by my bday July 31st.

hands down if you want to get leaned out and keep muscle... its easy to do, and it doesn't leave you hungry.

best diet, down to 10% body fat right now, aiming for 8 for summer.

Pretty well. Need to step up the cardio which I've started doing more frequently. I feel like my back isn't progressing as quickly as chest though so I may need to make some changes.

Training going great. Always room for more improvement.
As for training i've been hitting the gym 5-6 times a week. For the most part two a days.
Had to edit...
Am would be my heavy lifts. Cleans, dead lifts squats etc...PM would be a touch up or the earlier exercise.
Diet is on point and very bland. Recently bumped up the cardio, prolly adds up to approx 1 hour 15 min each day. Thats split between tredmil, Stairs, bike and jump rope. Always 3 miles on the tred mil though.
I've been trying to track the calories i been taking in and the calories i've been burning.
Currently working on lowering my Body fat.
5'4 170 llbs. Last time i got checked 14% Bf. That Labled me as "athletic" . Def wana get that in the single digits.I've calculated my body fat as 23.8, and Lean Body Mass as 146.2.
we'll see how it goes.

cue Jonesy with a whining picture or post... lol
in all honesty, i would love to be this lean all the time, but it is not how God intended me to be.... it is alot of freaking hard work and major sacrifices.... which i am completely embracing at the moment. i really do not feel like i'm depriving myself of much, except pizza and chocolate... but those are just fleeting thoughts that come and go here and there...
i really hope i place well in this competition, i'm doing everything i can.... :) it's exactly one month from today....

slow and steady wins the race.... when i was 16.... my normal weight was over 140 lbs... every year since then i have managed to lower that number.... my normal weight (without dieting or trying hard) is 123-126....
SLOW AND STEADY.... trust me!!!!! the extreme yo-yo dieting is very bad for you.... look at Oprah, Luther Vandross, Janet Jackson.... very bad.... their skinny, their fat, their skinny, their creeping up on the scale again, oh no wait, skinny again... lol

Thanks. It is deff your eating habits. i went from kinda of watching...to being really strict and eating 6-7 times a day. All small meals 3 hours apart. I bring a huge bag of food to work so i don't end up messing up and ordering whatever my co-workers order. Pretty much all weighed out and portioned. Do the gym at least 4-5 times a week, and that will switch to 5-6 times a week starting saturday. I try to do cardio in the morning and lift at night but usually i don't wake up and I just do the cardio at night..
stay focused..........

Yes you are definitely right about that. I am always up down up down...I am trying to slowly get down then stay there. Like my boy always tells me..it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle......
