yea thats me.

its 20seconds of max reps, followed by 10 seconds of test. repeast 8 times. then move onto next exercise. no rest between exercises.

so your doing pullups 20 secs rest, pull ups 20 seconds rest pull ups 20 seconds rest etc?

or are you doing

pull ups, rest, push ups rest, sit ups rest, squats rest, then go again for 8 times?
