I wanted to know what is your diet plan, what habits did you change when it comes to food, what do you cut on and what do you eat more. Since I am training to get into MMA, I figured Littlebouncer would be a good help, but im curious to find-out about the others also, I want to change my eating habits.
I am cutting on junk-food, cola, cake... what about you?

I have cut out sodas, junk food and sugar.
carbs come from whole grains and vegetables. I eat every 3 hours like clockwork. Its a pain in the ass but Im telling you its worth it. Your metabolism will skyrocket BUT you need to be careful with portions. Don't eat to the point where your stuffed and don't let yourself get hungry!
I don't know if your trying to lose weight but I learned that if you want to do it right you need to burn off more calories, not restrict the calories coming in.

i eat half a cup of oatmeal wth a scoop of whey and a little peanutbutter for breakfast
after morning training i have a whole wheat english muffin and 4 egg whites
at around 2:30 i eat 1 grilled chicken breast with brown rice or a sweet potatoe
after evening practice i take in a shake with whey a banana a green complex and an enzyme complex
dinner is chicken or fish with rice ususally
i use fish oil, CLA,Supercissus,CytoMax,Fast Twitch,A condensed green supplement , and Udos Choice Wholesome Fast Food

do they still make fast twitch ... i went to 3 different stores the other day and couldnt find it :booted had to pick up superpump

i get it out here ....i love that shit i only use like half a scoop max unless im doing a heavy lift which i hardly do anymore

i had oatmeal with a scoop of whey in it today and it got all clumped up and pretty gross. How do you do it just throw it in right with the oatmeal? And what flavor did u use?

throw it in after the oatmeal is cooked....chocolate with a little peanut butter is the way to go...i use reg Cyto sport whey protein

I dont want to lose to much weight, but I'd consier being between 175-180 and mostly tone my body. I realized I wasn't Brock Lesnar, so my body like him is not out of the question but I know I cant keep up Calories and then hope to have a good body like him so im trying to lose extra stuff I want to lose and maintain a balanced weight while training.

first place i checked ... didnt have it ... ill check again later in the week or order it online i guess
