Gonna try this next month; He had Pitt do it for Troy for a good month and a half prior to shooting. Also implemented it for 300.
Six days, no fucking around - seventh day off, totally off, then you get to switch things up.
If you blow it - you start over.
6 days strait.
Look at it as earning the right to change it up.
P.S. if you can't sleep - 4 egg whites scrambled / dry
