Im always so hungry after workouts and at times throughout the day. Maybe ill have some canned fruit, granola bar, or whole grain cereal. What do you guys snack on?

depends but usually hand full of almonds, maybe some cottage cheese, string cheese or a protein shake

I have a fear of anything canned if it's not getting cooked first so I'll only eat fruit out of the plastic containers (in my head the metal from the cans has a weird effect on whatever is inside) but yes I loveeeee peaches in syrup yum
I also snack on baby carrots, mixed fruit & nuts, pickles...

i generally dont...
but when/if i do ill eat a nice big crunchy pickle or some fat free yogurt in a very small amount like not even a tablespoon lol

string cheese, almonds, craisins, apple, yogurt.
cottage cheese, banannas, oatmeal, almonds, protien shake, rice cakes for a quick snack here or there..

i eat every 3 hours and my "meals" alternate: meal, shake, meal, shake, etc...so i actually force myself to eat most of the time lol but if i feel an urge to snack, i'll go with cashews or almonds.

usually fruit....banana, small grapefruit, apple or I'll have Arthurs (it's a Canadian company that makes all natural fruit smoothies no preservatives it's basically just mashed fruit in a container! LOL)
now my dad brought me refigerated Jell-O pudding...it's sugar free and only 60 cal's for a cup not bad at all. Actually tastes good too.

Dude eat real fruit! berries.. and apple.. mm mango
i snack on almonds or walnuts, yogurt, granola (which i make), grape tomatos,
i juice as well.. (no not like that) my fav right now is kale, romaine, pear, lemon and apple
