YES! ugh :pullhair usually i just get itchy eyes and a lot of sneezing / coughing ... but this year it's all in my throat and every morning i wake up with what feels like my whole throat swollen and itchy.. it hurts to swallow :grumpy

I know I woke up today with so much pressure in my head. My sinuses were killing me, it spread across myu face all the way to my temples. Talk about uncomfortable! I had to take my allergy medicine, and 3 Aleve on top of that to help the pain. It took a couple of hours for me to feel back to normal. :wallbang

Every morning -- I have had a sneezing fit for a good 5 minutes.
And every night so far...my throat has been feeling like it is closing up.....it is so uncomfortable trying to relax for bed.

I have flo nas that helps a little....but I have to be careful what to take since most medicines (especially pill form) upset my stomach

i would deff check into zyrtec. flo nase doesnt do quite as good of a job as claritin/zyrtec.

I've used Zicam in the past it is good BUT I've noticed that it messes with my sense of taste.
Dont use it if you are goign to eat a nice tastey meal that you are looking forward to lol

also its not meant to be used on a daily basis, there is a class action lawsuit i read about not too long ago from people claiming it caused permanent damage.

but I still use it here and there and I like it

Just had my first asthma attack yesterday. I haven't had since I was a kid. I'm going to a specialist tomorrow. I don't if its the air quality or its just coming back again. Thank god my sister in law had in haler or my butt would off been in the hospital. The air quality is like shit!

ur an adult so the swine flu will affect you just a little worse than any other flu. as fr a kids and elderly are concerned, the extra strength H1N1 flu can kill them. so if u got it u can't spread it to them.
