Ive been doing calf raises where you stand and hold dumbells, and then the seated calf raise, also the calf extention.
Are there any exercises that I am missing?

my trainer has me stand on the edge of a step and do the calf raises
make sure u dip your heels down on the step then raise back up
stretches them nice and is a bit more challenging
i skip the dumbells and do more reps bc i dont want bigger calves

try bunny hops. squat down with your legs shoulder width or closer. Put your hand behind your head and bounce for as long as your can.
mountain climbers. You're in teh pushup position or the bear crawl position and you alternate legs back and forth like you're climbing up a mountain.
Do both of these for 3 rounds until complete failure and you will not walk right for 3 days

Instead of running heel-toe just run on your toes.

you are on the right track. you have the basics. as long as you have the weighted variations in there, you are good to go. vary the feet placement and angles of the feet to place emphasis on different parts of the calves.
feet straight, feet pointed outward, feet pointed inward, etc
