i just ate this grilled chicken that they put this hot korean chili sauce on it before they slap it on the grill--so the spicy sauce gets charred onto the chicken...so good :heart w some brown rice, with more hot sauce :shuffle

not all pho has that nasty stuff as far as i know....the one i get just has beef, noodles, bean sprouts & a spicy broth etc. I'd never eat tendon or cartilage...not sure where u got that from. That sounds nasty.

asian specialty markets--i need to check but i feel like ive seen it in regular markets


and yes siracha is the best i use it to cook at home all the time :heart
i dilute it a bit with rice vinegar and a little honey sometimes...makes a great sauce to marinade grilled chicken

There isnt any asain markets where i live. Mostly stop and shop and shoprite lol. I gotta try that next time i maek grilled chicken. But like usual prob gonna spike with some extract so im in pain when im eating :yourcrazy:agree
