Since my metabolism has slowed down I have def. had to make adjustments in my diet and a bunch of people look at me like:suspicion

I actually bring a cooler with me everywhere I go. People look at me like I'm crazy, even my friends make fun of me. then they ask me to have some food and I tell them to fuck off. Not having to worry about where you are getting your next meal from is a huge stress reliever and saves tons of time and money throughout the week.

Yes i think we had another thread about this but everyone at work mostly always has a question or comment every time i eat. It probably seems to them like i am eating so much food because i eat 6 or 7 times a day but they are all tiny meals. They all look at me like I am nuts lol but they just don't get it...

especially since i dont complain, like if i look @ a menu and the only thing i really like is a chicken cesar salad, ill order the salad and thats that. but of course i get like a "thats all ur gonna get, u need to stop being so picky" no u need to shut ur face bc im not complaining. uhg makes me so mad

My sister is the pickiest eater as well. My brother and I once convinced her that the tuna my mother made was chicken. She didn't want to eat it, so we asked to have it but she ended up eating the whole thing. Once she was finished we told her you just ate fish. The look on her face was priceless! LOL


And to answer the question, my eating habits are horrible. Something I need to change ASAP!
