im not sure if POSE translates well to the treadmill, and my reasoning is that you are not "falling" on a treadmil. You are not propelling your body forward because the mill is already moving

Wow, this is pretty interesting. It's funny because coming out of the starting blocks it's always been drilled in my head "DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE" I never really thought of pulling up, as opposed to pushing off. Any chance we can get that 14 min video somehow?

Running on the treadmill blows anyway. Even in the winter I'm out on the road or a track. I agree with you though, your ground is moving so you cant do what this guy is saying.

Watched this vid again tonight. Been working on it a little, my natural form was never bad to begin with, but would like to get this down pretty good.

Been following it religiously since I blew out my meniscus last May. It works wonders, but takes some time to get used to. Don't bend at the waist, bend at the ankles, if that makes any sense. Use the CF Endurance site and do the running drills. They help out a lot. Be ready for you calves to get royally smoked. It's no joke, but worth it. Pain's just weakness leaving the body. POSE works better the less sole you have on your shoe. Huge difference when I got my XC flats. I'm going to see how far I can POSE during my first 1/2 marathon on the 10th. Fuck, it's the reaosn why I'm encouraged to do it in the first place. B4 CF and POSE I would have never even thought about running more than 2 miles at a clip.
