usually I slack around now, but I just switched gyms and I've been an animal ever since.

My body usually looks way better in the winter months then the summer months for some reason... maybe its the fact that I'm so much more worried about getting fat that I pay more attention to what I eat. last winter i was constantly in my dance studio every moment I was home on the stationary bike. Cardio is KEY!

september nd october i usually have to drag myself outta the house...but i snap out of it soon enough...

winter is the best time to train....lotsa room no crowds...then comes spring time and all the "cancun Bodyduilders" show up....

this year im going to set out a workout schedule once i find out whats up with the police academy... i NEED to get in shape b4 i go... i have a hard time geting motivated when i ahve allot of shit going on... if im on a military schedule, or in training, then i get my motivation going because its more of an organised schedule...

usually im really fit in the fall time because i usually go to some form of military training during the summer, stick with it till about december, then notice during the spring that i need to get back in shape...

didint have any training this year, and its going to bite me in the ass if i dont train b4 the academy...

I tend to be more on point with my workout schedule when I have a lot of things going on because I make more of a routine of it. When I'm at home a lot or working/going to school less I get lazier and just skip workouts. I know a lot of other people like this too.

And Joey.. Why I would play hide the sausage with her of course.

I agree, the less time I have the more disciplined with the gym I am.

i always work out more consistently during the winter. during the summer weekends are always packed with things to do. and i get more tempted to skip the gym for say the beach.
