Juice Plus "Thins"

Anybody ever take these? I was taking these over the summer for like a week or so, lol.
I just recently found the bottles again know anything about them??

Ingredients
Special dietary fiber complex(apple pectin, apple fiber, plant cellulose, fructooligosaccharides,carrageean,locust bean gum) Absorbalena, fruit juice solids.... garcinia cambogia with hydroxycitric acic;stearic acid;lecithin;hawthrone berry powder;special enzyme blend;trivalent chromium;and stevia leaf powder.

Its supposed to provide a complx of solubal and insoluble dietary fibers.

LIke all natural stuff...
