Macaroni Salad

Looking for a really good recipe for macaroni salad...anyone have one???

i love using rotelle pasta

cook the pasta, blanch a bunch of veggies or steam them, chop them ( you can even get the ones that you microwave in a bag.. mad quick), throw in a bowl with the pasta, add italian salad dressing and parmesan cheese, toss, throw in the fridge

i think i post this recipe every time someone asks for a pasta salad recipe
but i cant stress enough how good this is :heart

also i make one with tricolor fusilli, chick peas, chopped red onion, chopped green pepper and red pepper, cubed mozerella cheese, fresh ground black pepper and a bottle of redwine vinigarette :heart

I love making Macaroni Salad.

Its super basic, quick and easy.
I usually whip this up while the burgers are on the grill (assuming the pasta is already cooked and cooled) because its that fast

Rotelle pasta, diced celery, diced onion, fresh parseley fresh basil, fresh crushed black pepper, salt to taste, mayo and Mustard. Spicy mustard.

I dont really have measurements I usually just start off with a lb of cooked Rotelle, let it cool then start adding eveything to it :giveup
