it does look like it but i think about it like this. if she really were packing a pee-pee, then why wear a short lil mini dress and no underwear underneath it? wouldnt you be on a constant mission to try and hide your meat from the world? that doesnt make a lot of sense to me

on a side note, i am a firm believer in not making fun of anyone for something that they cant help, i.e- having both male and female parts.. it's not something that she chose for herself, she was born that way and couldnt help it. now when i see some ugly broad out in a pair of stonewashed jeans that are 3x too small with her yucky muffin top belly hanging over.. that's a whole diff story :chuckle
