I think I've tried every ab exercise known to man over the past 17 years of lifting and I don't think any is as good as the Hanging Leg Raise / Hanging Knee Raise superset. With proper form (no swinging) if you bang out 3 supersets x 12 leg / 10 knee reps and follow that up with some weighted crunches, I think that right there is a solid ab workout.

the wheel with my knees on top of a buso ball work great. if you all ready have abbs, this exercise will make your cubes pop out more and deepin the cuts

This exercise is a good precursor to hanging leg raises because it gives you low back support and makes it easier for you to complete the movement.

1. Position the body comfortably in a Roman chair. Place the legs in the appropriate position depending on the level of difficulty:

* Beginner-Bend knees.
* Intermediate-Raise straight legs to midbody.
* Advanced-Raise straight legs as high as possible.

2. Tighten the abs and make sure that the low back remains neutral or rounded.

3. Curl the lower body up as high as you can.

4. Hold for 1 to 2 seconds and slowly lower.

i love any form of leg raisers too but most of that shit is your hip flexor but i dont care, you all know that your lower abs work out only when you basially do a hip thrust movement which is very small

but for dudes, id say do as many leg raisers as you can bc you get those lines on your lower hips that looks hot on guys, as a girl, thats prob the only muscle i DO NOT like on me when im lean, i do think its masculine :shuffle so i try my best to do more lying on the back legs up straight and raise them only using my lower abs.. but so boring holy shit

us too... i hate when they say... ok its conditioning time......

they push left, then right, then center, then left then right then center, then mix it up and you can't let your heels bang on the mat or its bad form.
