Everything is bad for you, every steroid, diet pill any thing that works has side effects. I have never done it bc I heard it is like swallowing liquid plastic whatever that means it doesnt sound very good. I heard that cytomil and clen are great for people really over weight----
my opinion to you do not take anything that fucks with your thyroid like cytomil its just to risky---I would dump them but thats me-----I have take strong pills for size---I took anadrol 50 possibly the worst steroid you could take, and it was a pill
A pound a pill was the results along with some painful side effects
If your looking to burn serious fat walk on a full incline on the treadmill at 3-3.5 for an hour a day that burns all fat

good shit ...yeah that is what i was worried abotu ...I have taken juice b4....but I dont want to be fuckign wiht my thyroid...next thing you know I will have a disfunction and be some 400 lber...


I am in shape...i got that little beer , pot belly I got to work out ...but doing no cardio at all is not helping..

i am goingot try that walking at an incline for starters.....

3/3.5 might be too slow for some people..

usually it will be around 4/4.5 at least and it depends on your target heart rate anyway..

just find your target heart rate, then get on the treadmill, and adjust speed and incline until u reach ur target heart rate

JP it's a man made thyroid harmone. it increases your metabolism a lot.

i think taking this with clens is probably the best fat burning combo available these days. but you have to watch out cause this combo can throw you in a coma if you arent careful.

i would say that the only good thing about Cytomel is that you can cheat on your diet. since your metabolism will be going nutty you can afford a lot of extra calories

oh and please also keep in mind that cytomel straight up fucks with your thyriod fuctioning. so start off with a low dose and dont take it for more then 5 weeks and wwait like 8 weeks before starting up again b/c you have to give you thyroid time to return to its normal functioning.


bro i know a kid who fucked upi his thyroid for ever...his weight would fluctuate dramatically from skinny to fat now he's on pills to help control it but the damage was already done it took a toll on his heart and he has high blood pressure. so pleaseeeeeee be careful buddy!!!

yeah after reading extensively I am not touching this shit ....especially since what kelly descrided is what i am worried abotu happeneing.......those who know me know...that I am in shapoe to begin wiht......so i am sticking to my normal routine and not fuckign wiht this shit ..

the tyroid is nto toy..

thansk for all you info and input...it help alot and saved me form making a bad deccion...

Ys, I have, 3 cycles on it, but I would not recommend it unless you are juicing. In short, without anabolics, and not enough protein, it eats at your muscle. I've used it all 3 times without juice and I've lost muscle mass. Also, be extrememy careful and accurate with your cycling, make sure you ramp up and down so that you don't shut down your body's natural Thyroid production. I would recommend getting your thyroid levels checked first and after your cycle, make sure you have at least 3 solid days of high carb intake. Caution though, afterwards, your body's thyroid production will be slow, so eat clean. PM me if you need more info.

you dont want to reach a target heart you want a slow staedy pace---if i did 4-4.5 i would die---walking slow burns just fat going to fast burns muscle---That my opinion you must have some serious stamina:D

I GUESS AS LONG AS YOUR REACHING YOU TARGET HEART RATE FOR MORE THAN 30 MIN THEN YOUR DOING SOME GOOD .
