So i wanted to try something different last night. So on my way to the gym i quickly thought out a 10 min rd. pullups then right into 1 arm bent over rows. Im not a CFer yet LOL..
10 min.
8 rounds
1. 25 pulls X 8 rows @ 65lb dumb bell.
2. 18 pulls X 8 rows @ 65lb dumb bell.
3. 16 pulls X 8 rows @ 65lb dumb bell.
4. 15 pulls X 8 rows @ 65lb dumb bell.
5. 12 pulls X 8 rows @ 65lb dumb bell.
6. 7 pulls X 6 rows @ 65lb dumb bell.
7. 5 pulls X 6 rows @ 65lb dumb bell.
8. 3 pulls X 4 rows @ 65lb dumb bell.
and then i was sitting for a good couple of minutes.Gassed.... LOL
i know its nothing compared to the WODS but thought i would share..

I've been wearing my tin hat since 09/07.
Well the past week i been on the site.. i really like the crossfitfootball wods!! brings me back to hs FB!! IDK ive been lifting for yrs, its hard to just totally switch everything... thats why i been slowly incorporating some lifts here and there.. but im slowly becoming a "believer" LOL

hah i gotcha.
this guy used to be a huge bb'er gym dude. had a hard time coming to the crossfit realm. eventually, his vision cleared and saw it was the right choice

Deadlift, 1.5 x BW
Bench Press, 1 x BW
Clean - 3/4 BW
to complete the transition...

That's the general narrative throughout the CF community. See, for myself I had already eliminated all iso moves about 6 months prior and was down to like only 10 compound moves I was doing, but I was still trying to work specific body areas (legs, arms, chest, back, and shoulders). So it wasn't as hard a transition for me.
