1st btwn washington and alton....good or bad area, i might be renting a condo there but i wanna make sure the locataion isnt ghettoish :chuckle

and we wanan know if teh place is too far down and west. we dont wanna be too far. i nevre stayed west of washington.

Try increasing the street #.

It's trying to improve I think. But, I dun like the sound or look of that area much.

i agree i thinknits gets a lil ghettt-tooooooeeeeeeeee down there. plus i want to be to get cabs etc ...

crobar is like15th street and washington,thats 15 blocks(long wise) up from 1st.
the best beach spot is on 9th & ocean which is 2 blocks east of washington.
i wouldnt say ghetto , if its on the south side of 1st then its probably a decent place

the ferthest est it can be is only 8 blocks
because the beach is like10 or 12 blocks (short ways) wwide.

ide be more worried about being to low before i worried about being to west
