a huge piece of skirt steak...marinating in tons of garlic, lemon, salt, pepper, white vinegar, and olive oil...i also made a makeshift chimichurri with the same marinade and added think sliced onions last night and some dried parsley so they get nice and soft.
Unfortunately i wont be eating it tonight bc i am going out :grumpy but it will make a good dinner for tomorrow :rubhands
