NYSC and I love it compared to my old gym, great equipment, environment, snatch, I get amped at the gym.

Im originally from Smithtown, but moved to Massapequa a few years ago. I have alot of friends from college from West Babylon, just checking to see if you went there.

Lindy huh? I know a girl named Nicole (Nicky) that went there. She is a personal trainer. I think she may be a little older than you though.

Valencia in elmont long is. i love it..not fancy just alot of free weights and basic machines...not too much eye candy there either so i never get distracted

I worked out there my freshman year in college. That downstairs is so ghetto...its like a scence out of Rocky..lol!!

I know Justin who is one of the guys involved. Im sure he will take care of us since there is like 6 of us leaving Dolphin. I hear its gonna be a really nice gym with tanning and all.
