sooo i had some cooked chicken and i was gionna just make chicken salad but instead i decided to sub out the mayo with avocado then just went ahead and turned it into full on guacamole with the shredded chicken in it and made a sandwich. it was good and more healthy than eating all that mayo :lostit its a good alternative to keep in mind.
