I'm completely obsessed with yoga--unfortunately i only get to make it to class once a week...and if i dont make it i feel totally out of whack and tense the entire week.
I've been taking the class for 2 months now and my flexibilty and range of motion has improved greatly..not to mention i feel less tense and sore and able to lift more when i do strength training.
Anyone else do yoga??
:heart yoga :heart
yoda says do yoga... http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung0903/starwars/star-wars-smiley-057.gif

yes, i am a yoga nut!! :)
actually i'm in a Yoga teacher training program at the moment and should be done in December!! I've been doing it for about 5 years now. I can't wait to start teaching!!
I love the way yoga is not just for the body, but for the mind and spirit as well.

I used to be a yoga fanatic but I haven't been in MONTHS.
I used to take Ashtanga Yoga which is basically a much more high paced yoga. That shit used to KICK MY ASS (but in a good way). :)

i love YOGA, too bad i stopped going
there's a place that opened up in Bayridge, Brooklyn....
"HOT YOGA ON 3rd" - aweomse place
basically u do yoga in a 90 degree room... supposedly u lose 700 calories a session(1hour+half)
the heat warms up ur muscles which gives u more flexibility & less injuries( i think i'm on point w/ this, slighty don't remember)

yep ur definitely on point with this :)
i always used to complain that the room used to be too hot..but now im actually used to it, and look forward to the heat since its winter and so cold out :freezing
the heat of the room definitely allows me to be more flexible :D
my teacher also turns the lights real low...which makes it much more relaxing.
