Blue Print Cleanse?

Has anyone here ever tried this? If so, what did you think of it?

a bunch of my colleagues are obsessed with cleansing. They switch between Blue Print, some other cleanse, and Liquiteria. i've heard they're good for short term, like lose a few pounds, but don't really have any other benefits?
