i just got back from a week in florida..

took off a week from the gym for the first time ever since last year..body feels good and relaxed back to the gym today

my diet this week..well in 1 word..SUCKED...my body took a beatin with all the hamburgers and hotdogs i chowed down..along with the alcohol and other bad shit


my question is will this hinder my goal if i continue my diet as its always been and hit the gym up..im going to be starting cardio 3 times a week now to loose some body fat...im pissed i ate like a bastard but i had no choice...is this terrible?

as far as the eating, of course it wasnt good that you ate like shit all week, just make sure you dont keep eating like that and drinking and youll be ok

yea im gettin back to the diet starting today...
as far as cardio is concerend...3 times a week for a half hour..is this good, too little too much?

and i was curious to know what kind of cardio i should be focusing on

just as long as you get back to diet and cardio this week wont affect you in the long run

for cardio, i cant really tell you how much to do bc i dont know how much weight youre trying to lose and shit but 3 times a week 30 mins a day def isnt too much

im a big fan of rollerblading, i get a great workout from it but running, jogging, walking, bike riding, rollerblading, stairmaster, etc are all good for cardio

yea well right now im 5'11 @ 180 lbs..with 20% bf..i want to drop down to atleast 15-16% bf..so i was readin on some fitness sites..doing diff cardio everytime will help fix the boredom and give my body some shock..like do 10 min of running then 10 min of stairs then 10 min of elliptical or something...i actually couldnt wait to get back to the gym..as much fun as i was havin in florida..which was sick by the way, need to hit the gym up
