Silly boy...okay I am 5' 7", 109, 26 (for a few more weeks), I do yoga 3-4 time per week, run at home on treadmill for 30-45 min about 3x per week. No need to really lose weight but just want to tone up my arms so figured I could buy some weights to use at home but don't want to buy 5 lb weights and look like an idiot...so what do you suggest. And I live in FL and you can't come over and play unless your mom says it's ok. :heart :chuckle

5's are probably best, but you should probably invest in something like a pair of 2's, 5's and 10's so it varies a little bit.
