I'm going to write mine on the sociotechnical(outsourcing manual labor & manufacturing to 3rd world countries and having all skilled positions in here) environment the US is experiencing right now and how I think globalization and the further development of these companies is going to effect this enviroment and the current trend of flattening structures(pyramids) of companies.

I thought a thesis was something you wrote to get your phd, I didn't know you had to write them in undergrad.

Ph.D. doesn't have a thesis; it has a dissertation.

The title of my Mater's Thesis was Potential Adverse Effects of Club Drugs (Ecstasy, Ketamine, and GHB): Are They as Harmful as Claimed?

I thought the thesis is the topic that the dissertation is built onto. And I didn't have to do either or when I got my first Master's, maybe because it's a tech degree.

A thesis is for an MA and for some BA programs. People often use their Master's Thesis as the backbone of their dissertation, assuming they are focusing on the same topic. A thesis is usually around 50 pages, whereas a dissertation is a few hundred and must be reviewed and approved by a commitee of professors before the person is granted a Ph.D.
