I didn't have BriteSmile done, but I heard NOTHING but good reviews on it. I used Day White (also have to order it from your dentist), which is a whitening gel, that you put in custom mouth trays. 30 mins, 2x a day. My teeth were blinding.


Withheld for bout a year and a half, and I just started again. I think it was $400, dont remember. Either way, great investment.

I did the Zoom laser whitening which also came with a gel and custom tray you take home to continue the process if you'd like. It was 800, I could've done it for 600 without the tray and gel to take home. The lasering hurt like hell while I was doing it because my teeth are sensitive as it is, plus it made my teeth more sensitive permanently. I'd say stick to the gels, they aren't as extreme but they work well enough.

I had it done - not britesmile, but another product - either way its the same thing. My teeth came out awesome and now I just touch them up at home once in a while. The main reason ppl get the 1 hour process is to save time. You can get the same results over a period of 2-4 weeks (depends on each case).

I also don't smoke and cut down on how much tea, coffee, and red wine I drink. I brush my teeth approx 3 times a day.

My dentist also told me that each person's teeth are only going to get so white...in other words, we all have various shades in tooth color and no matter what you do, your teeth won't get any whiter after a certain point. So, not everyone ends up with that extremely fake looking brite white.

i used 0palscence last year...g0t it fr0m my dentist f0r $400 and what a waste 0f m0ney..its a type 0f whitening gel with the trays...i didnt even finish 1/2 0f it because the pain was s0 h0rrible..it made my teeth EXTREMELY sensitive t0 the p0int 0f me crying f0r dayss anytime i ate 0r drank s0mething.it als0 left these white sp0ts 0n my teeth...DISASTER..thank gawd they went away after time th0...i have used Crest Whitening strips in the past and was s0 much happier with them, i think i am g0ing t0 use them again in a few m0nths

i did brite smile 3 years ago and its the best thing i invested in.......my teeth are still white (and im a AM coffee drinker).....it was about $700 (3 years ago) but IMO its was worth it.....my teeth were a lil sensitive for a day or 2....

I too am looking into doing Britesmile since my addiction to Pepsi and Iced Tea has ruined my teeth, I did a lot of research on Britesmile and haven't found a bad review about it,

i did zoom, it hurt my teeth like crazy...and it lightened it a few shades but nothing impressive (i drink coffee though so that may have something to do with it)...it cost me 800 with molding trays and extra gel...and the gel is $25 every time u finish it

Now they also have Brite smile whitening pens. Jennifer Lopez uses these. It is suppose to dry in less than 30 seconds and lightens teeth about 5 shades in two weeks when used in the morning and at night ~Dentist Jonatahan Goldenthal
